Vacuum Forming & Appliance Materials
437 products
Thermoforming and appliance materials are the sheet stock behind mouthguards, bleaching trays, and other vacuum-formed appliances, and this category holds nearly 600 listings built around the Buffalo Dental line. Buffalo's 5 x 5 in. mouthguard blanks run in gauges from .040 to .160 and a wide color range — black, white, yellow, blue, orange, purple, and clear Sta-Guard among them — with pack sizes from about a dozen sheets to boxes of 300.
Thinner .040 material is stocked for bleaching trays, while heavier .118 and .160 blanks, along with .155 PolyShoK material, cover athletic mouthguards. Labs forming appliances daily can buy the same sheet in small packs or bulk boxes depending on throughput.
