AiZir Zirconia Disc, 98 mm

AiZir is Aidite's all-indication multilayer zirconia: one 98 mm disc for anterior and posterior crowns and bridges, inlays and onlays, veneers, screw-retained bridges and full-arch long bridges. A three-dimensional gradient runs through the disc — 53% translucency at the incisal edge down to 43% at the cervical, with flexural strength rising from 800 MPa to 1,250 MPa toward the gum line.

Available in 16 VITA classical shades plus OM1, OM2 and OM3, in thicknesses from 12 mm to 30 mm. Sinters at 1,550 °C: 2.7 hours for bridges up to 3 units, 3.4 hours up to 6 units, 11.5 hours for 7 units and more. Compatible with Aidite's rapid sintering furnaces alongside SHT-PC and SHTM materials.
